Gonzalo Schafer Canobra

Gonzalo Schafer Canobra (Chile – May 17, 1999) is a young Chilean composer and electronic music producer. Since 2016 he has released several solo singles and collaborations; such as the two parts of the track Space Analogator (2017/2019) with Francisco Vergara and the song Here I Am Alone (2021) with Alina Pasche, and also releasing two studio albums —Exodo: The Magical Awakening (2019) and Artificial Intelligence (2020)— in addition to an live album recorded at one of his most outstanding online concerts of 2021. His music and style is inspired by the work of great composers and producers, such as the French pioneer Jean-Michel Jarre the Greek Vangelis or the Italian Giorgio Moroder although he also admires trending artists such as the producer Armin van Buuren. Since 2020, taking advantage of the time of confinement due to the global health contingency, he has ventured into free online concerts broadcast through his social media and associated YouTube channels, making his music known on a larger scale and gaining supporters of his work.
